How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

How long does shipping take?

Our warehouses are located in USA. It will normally take 5-7 working days for delivery

Update regarding Covid-19  - April 2020

Please note most of our shipping is currently unaffected by Covid-19. That being said air traffic is constantly evolving and there are occasions where international flight regulations mean an additional 7-14 more days may be added to the shipping time. 

Orders outside of USA must be ordered on our Wordlwide store (www.betterman.uk).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy their shopping experience with us. Orders outside of USA must be ordered on our Wordlwide store (www.betterman.uk).

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Does Betterman provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. (Note: products bought with a coupon or on sale are excepted). Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ. Please contact us on our contact page

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get it sorted.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email help@betterman.uk. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I have entered an incorrect address?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at help@betterman.uk. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
